NOMIARC became operational thru DA Administrative Order Nos. 6 and 19 Series of 1991. It is the nerve center of the other four (4) R&D Stations of the Department of Agriculture – Region 10: Bukidnon Agriculture and Productivity Center (BAPC), Claveria Experiment Station (CES), Malaybalay Stock Farm (MSF) and the Regional Crop Protection Center (RCPC).
