Agri-10 boasts NorMin agri products at Agrilink 2025

 

PASAY CITY, METRO MANILA — Aiming to strengthen agribusiness linkages and promote Northern Mindanao’s agricultural potential, the Department of Agriculture – Regional Field Office 10 (DA-10), through its Agribusiness and Marketing Assistance Division (AMAD), participated in Agrilink 2025 – the country’s largest agribusiness exhibition, held from October 1 to 5 at the World Trade Center, this city.

With the theme “Logistics: The Key to an Efficient Market and Value Chain,” the event served as a premier platform in fostering collaboration among local and international manufacturers, exporters, buyers, and agribusiness stakeholders.

It also provided an avenue for the exchange of knowledge, showcasing of innovative agri technologies, and building of strategic partnerships across the agricultural value chain.

The DA-10 AMAD featured two exhibitors from the region – the Mindulao Farmers Agrarian Reform Multi-Purpose Cooperative (MINFARCCO) from Magsaysay, Misamis Oriental, and OZ Fresh Greens Hydroponics (OZ Hydroponics) from Ozamiz City.

Both exhibitors showcased their high-quality and innovative products such as fresh fruits, vegetables, coco sugar, coffee, cocoa products and lettuce – exemplifying the region’s commitment to advancing agribusiness excellence and competitiveness.

The DA-10 booth highlighted the region’s priority commodities, emphasizing their quality, diversity, and market potential. Through this initiative, the Department seeks to support Farmers’ Cooperatives, Associations (FCAs) in expanding market reach, establishing business linkages, and attracting potential buyers and investors.

The Agrilink remains a vital platform to promote agribusiness collaboration and innovation, consistent with the Department’s thrust to develop a robust and competitive agriculture sector.
