DA-10 bolsters stakeholders’ collab to scale up F2C2 rollout

CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY – The Department of Agriculture – Regional Field Office 10 (DA-10), thru its Farm and Fisheries Clustering and Consolidation (F2C2) Program, convened a consultation meeting with DA-10 banner programs and DA-attached agencies on September 26, in this city.

In her message, DA-10 F2C2 Alternate Focal Person Marnelly Ann P. Flores highlighted the importance of collaboration and synergy among all concerned offices to ensure cohesive planning and implementation.

“This consultation is conducted mainly to raise the issues and concerns of the F2C2 Program, especially since we rely heavily on the banner programs for funding. We are counting on your support and assistance, particularly for our farmer cooperatives and associations, as we continue to help them improve their livelihood and quality of life,” Flores said.

She noted that the meeting also serves as preparation for the upcoming Cluster Development Plan (CDP) Review and Alignment Workshop in October, which will gather national banner program representatives for the CDP harmonization.

The activity was attended by representatives from various DA-10 banner programs, the Agriculture and Marketing Assistance Division 10 (DA-10 AMAD), the Regional Agriculture and Fisheries Council (RAFC-10), the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI-10), and the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR-10). # (CRS)
