DA-10 provides vegetable seeds and IEC materials during the conduct of the 2022 Dagyaw.

 

Aimed at providing a one-stop shop for government programs and services, the Department of Agriculture – Regional Field Office 10 (DA-RFO 10) joins the Dagyaw Town Hall Meeting on October 27, 2022 held at Centrio, Ayala Mall, Cagayan de Oro City.

Coming from Hiligaynon term for “Bayanihan,” Dagyaw 2022 aims to hold a dialogue with stakeholders from various sectors, primarily to discuss on plans, programs and interventions under the new administration.

The said event is in commemoration of the Local Government’s Month celebration where the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), in collaboration with the different government agencies, holds the regional dialogue, bringing government services closer to the people as they welcome the inquiring public in their respective booths.

In response to this event, DA-10 OIC Regional Executive Director Carlene C. Collado lauded DILG for said initiative as public can have easier access to government services.

For DA-10, distribution 4-in-1 pack Chopsuey Mix containing Bell Pepper, Carrot, Cabbage, and Cauliflower seeds, Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials were distributed and queries of walk-in clients were catered.

Apart from DA, other agencies such as Department of Health (DOH), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA), Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, and Social Security System (SSS) also attended the said event. # (AMBManto, DA-10)
