DA-National Soybean and Sorghum program spearheads a meeting with DA-10 on the agency’s plans for its implementation of said program.

 

The Department of Agriculture National Soybean and Sorghum Program conducts a meeting with the Department of Agriculture – Regional Field Office 10 headed by OIC-Regional Executive Director Carlene C. Collado to discuss updates on the agency’s plans for the soybean and sorghum program implementation in the region.

The meeting centered on key areas of concern in soybean and sorghum production, including soil fertility, pest and waste management, machinery, and seed preservation and postharvest management.

DA-10 OIC-Regional Technical Director for Research and Regulations Cora A. Dumayaca supported the activity with the representatives from the Agribusiness and Marketing Assistance Division, Field Operations Division, and the Integrated Laboratories Division of the region.#(GAndres)
