MisOr is the first province to adopt the Kadiwa ng Pasko across region 10.

 

The Department of Agriculture – Regional Field Office 10 (DA-RFO 10) collaborates with the Provincial Agriculture Office of Misamis Oriental (PAGRO MisOr) for staging the Kadiwa ng Pasko from December 15-16, 2022 at the Provincial Capitol Grounds, here in the city of Cagayan de Oro.

Being the first province in Northern Mindanao to adopt the program, PAGRO OIC-Provincial Agriculturist Benjamin S. Resma, DVM thanked the agri department for its partnership in ensuring easier market access to agri-fishery products amid the busy holiday season.

DA-10 Regional Executive Director Carlene C. Collado shared that the department pursues to provide a market to the local agri-fishery producers while giving the public affordable and high quality products from the farm.

DA-10 Agribusiness and Marketing Assistance Chief Larry E. Paraluman noted that the event aims to directly link farmer- and fisher-producers to consumers, cutting trading layers and helping them earn more income.

Also holding its very own, DA-RFO 10 is currently opening its grounds for the Kadiwa ng Pasko which started on December and 12 until December 29, this year at Antonio Luna, Street, this city. # (AMBManto)
