Municipal Administrator and Former Panaon Mayor Francisco T. Paylaga expressed his joy at the success of the project, “This is the time that we should be thankful for the people who are instrumental towards this achievement. Meanwhile, Wilson Rumaray, Barangay Captain of San Juan shared, “On behalf of the barangay captains of the five benefiting barangays, I want to thank everyone who came together to make this project possible.
