The outgoing officers of DAEA-10 turn over the key of responsibility to the newly elected officers of said association.

 

CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY – With their recent oath of office on May 17, which was administered by DA-10 Regional Executive Director Carlene C. Collado, the Department of Agriculture Employees’ Association-10 (DAEA-10) held a turnover ceremony on May 22, 2023 before agency personnel at the agency compound, in this city.

In a simple turnover of command, outgoing DAEA chairperson Lourdes P. Rudinas handed over the key of responsibility to its incoming chair, Viralou L. Tuquib, DVM along with its vice chair, Engr. Alden C. Tapio, and other Board of Director (BOD) members.

Outgoing chair Rudinas shared in her message, “It is with sheer enthusiasm that I value the honor of serving and working with you.”

She extended her gratitude for the moral support given to her and with a hope to the new sets of officers in sustaining the welfare of the DA-RFO 10 employees.

Meanwhile, in her acceptance speech, Dr. Tuquib took note and thanked all the previous BOD for their unwavering efforts and love for work, especially in implementing their responsibilities throughout their tenure.

“I firmly believe that with our shared vision, resilience, and determination, there is no obstacle that we cannot overcome as an association. Let us embrace change, learn from our experiences, and remain adaptable in the face of adversity.”

She added that such efforts will not only help in achieving the association’s goal but will leave an impact on the organization in achieving the goal of DA-10 for one.
